Millwood Incorporated Announces Their Continued Growth in Hunting Industry with Formation of Whisper Creek Archery Partnership
Girard, OH (November 2, 2006) Millwood Incorporated, provider of unit load and
packaging materials products and services, is pleased to announce the expansion of
their outdoor living and recreational products group through their newly formed
partnership with Whisper Creek Archery.
Whisper Creek Archery joins an impressive name brand list of quality hunting products
now being offered by Millwood, including Doc’s Deer Scents, establishing them as the
“one-stop-shop” for all hunters.
Whisper Creek Archery is a company that strives to provide quality in every product by
creating state-of-the-art, high-performance conventional compound bows that are
manufactured in the United States. Doc’s Team Extreme Signature Bows, a line of
bows created exclusively for Doc’s Team Extreme, are now utilizing the Whisper Creek
Archery technology. This includes the use of a structural layer dampening material.
This design results in a bow that addresses issues of the greatest importance to archers
-- quietness of shot along with lack of impact and vibration. This technology has now
helped the firm achieve the much-desired silencing of bows.
Substantial investments in material research and testing have produced a bow that
lacks impact and vibration. The key to success is an independent drive suspension
system, known as hyper suspension. The result is a bow that completely de-couples
the cam axle from the limb and riser, thereby virtually eliminating all vibrations. “Our
unique technology and innovative expertise allows us to manufacture superior products
that address the needs of every archer. Doc’s Team Extreme Signature Bows possess
the same quality features and technology that are within every bow at Whisper Creek
Archery. This partnership will allow these features and technology to expand even
further,” says Jeff Nish, President of Operations, Whisper Creek Archery.
Millwood and Whisper Creek Archery are committed to combining their knowledge and
expertise to further develop technology-based designs that revolutionize the bow
industry. “We are excited about our partnership with Whisper Creek Archery. We are
even more excited about using these state-of the-art bows on our upcoming hunts
which will be featured on Doc’s Team Extreme television show,” says Keith “Doc”
Ainsley, founder and co-owner of Doc’s Deer Farm and Scents, Inc. “Not only does
Whisper Creek have an excellent product line with exceptional and unique technology,
but this partnership allows us to expand and diversify our hunting and outdoor product
lines for Doc’s Team Extreme”.
