Pallet Repair Guidelines - Grade 1A GMA

A clean pallet that has been used only a few times with little or no repairs needed. The pallet will have no mending plates or companion stringers.

Grade 1A pallet repair appearance standards are clean, not washed

Grade 1A pallet repair stringers standards are all stringers will be solid

Grade 1A pallet reconditioning deckboards specifications are that the top and bottom boards will be a minimum of nine-sixteenths of and inch in thickness

Grade 1A GMA pallet specifications for nails are that no nail heads will be protruding or raised above deck surface
